Our specialists will take a look at your files and confirm the final deadline and price for your order. Until confirmed, your order's status will be listed as "Pending confirmation".

You'll receive a notification by email when the final price has been calculated. Then, you can pay for your order.

As soon as you pay, your order will be automatically released to our team, and its status in your user portal will change to "In progress". Once ready, your transcripts will be uploaded to your user portal. As always, you'll receive an email notification when this happens.

The rate depends on the contents of the recording and how soon you need the transcription. Calculate the cost of your transcription with our online calculator. To use the calculator, input the recording length in minutes into the appropriate field. Then, choose a service.

If you aren't able to pay online using your card from your user portal, our acquiring bank most likely doesn't accept payments from cards issued in your country. Please get in touch with us by chat or by sending an email to hello@zapisano.org. We'll do our best to figure out what's up.

You can also use an alternative payment method by choosing whatever option is convenient from the payment menu in your user portal:

1. Yandex.Money
This system supports payments made using cards issued by foreign banks.

2. PayPal
You'll be redirected to PayPal's payment page, and the price will be shown in the corresponding field. Get in touch with us if you need an invoice — we can prepare one in English, with prices specified in rubles or in another currency.

3. Bank transfer to our account in Russia
Please note that we can only accept bank transfers made in Russian rubles. Additionally, we will need to first conclude a service provision contract for foreign exchange reporting purposes.

Yes. We're registered as a sole proprietorship under the simplified tax and patent tax systems. We'll conclude a contract, prepare invoices, and provide official records — your accountants and lawyers will be happy.

We invite you to read the reviews posted on our Facebook page and on our site. You can also request a free sample transcription of three minutes of audio. We're happy to show you what we're capable of.

To request a free transcription: upload the full file you intend to have transcribed. Then, wait to receive the email with the calculated price and turnaround time. If you're happy with these terms, reply with your request for a sample transcription: we'll transcribe an arbitrary three-minute segment of the file you sent for free.

Note: sample transcriptions are only available for orders with lengths of 15 minutes or more.

We take the security of our customers' data seriously, and we take technical and procedural measures to ensure that data is stored and processed reliably. The provisions of our User Agreement govern how we store and process the personal and confidential information we receive, as well as the results of their processing. For your peace of mind, we can also sign a non-disclosure agreement — just ask.

As far as our working procedures are concerned, your files will only be available to the Zapisano team members directly performing the work for your project. Access to the source audio and video files in your user portal is only available by logging in to your account. Please be sure to use a strong password for Zapisano. Choose a password that you don't use on any other service.

For the purpose of protecting against unauthorized access to our customers' data, we regularly conduct security audits of our web application and update our systems as necessary.

Unfortunately, if the speech in your recording is unintelligible due to rustling noises, background music, clanging plates, or nearby conversations, we will not be able to transcribe it. Experience shows that the contents of these files cannot be repaired or restored; however, you can try using a specialized service for this purpose.

Yes. We prepare bound hard copies of transcripts for courts with a signature and the organization's seal. This is an additional service: it costs 2,000 rubles and includes delivery by courier in Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road) or throughout Russia by express post.
